STATE OF THE “UNION”

It has been awhile since I have written a newsletter. So this first one will not be my typical article, but one to keep our customers posted as to what has been going on with Beastie Boutique and our upcoming changes.
First, we would like to show our appreciation to those who have supported us (and other local business) and have been patient during these past few years of some very challenging times.
As you have probably seen, staffing in most businesses has been tough. We as well are not unaffected. Our grooming department took a big hit, but we are doing our best to do what we can to serve the community. Right now, we have a part-time groomer and we just hired another bather. Our walk-in services currently, are Tuesday through Friday 10 to 2pm. We hope to expand that to seven days a week, the first part of July.
We are also seeing changes on the floor. We have brought in new lines of treats and will be expanding our supplement line. If you have a favorite treat, you would like us to carry, let me know (Kristina@beastieboutique.com) and I will see what I can do to find it.
It has always been my passion to assist our customers with their pet’s dietary needs and we still offer free consulting to our customer. Both Deana and I have multiple certifications in pet nutrition so feel free to ask for either one of us.


A FEW UPCOMING CHANGES:
DoorDashWe know a lot of our customers moved to getting their food delivered during the past few years. We are currently working with DoorDash to be able to sell online as well. We will keep you posted as move forward.
Curb-Side Pick-up We still offer curb-side pick-up, so if this is still an option you would like to take an advantage of, please call in advance and we will get your order together and be happy to bring it out to your car.
Delivery If you need delivery, please let us know. We offer free delivery with a $50 or more purchase within a 5mile-radius. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday.
Astro Rewards We have been using Astro Rewards for about a year now. Not only does this offer a frequent buyer program, but also monthly coupons. There are several ways to get them. You can sign up for the app when you come into our store; watch our newsletters for posted coupons; or you can find them on Facebook.
I believe we have an amazing staff who wants to assist you. We welcome you in to see some of our new changes and welcome your feedback.
