Most everything we carry is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or you may simply bring it back for exchange or a full refund.
You may return our boutique items within 14 days for an exchange or refund as long as it’s in “re-salable” condition. Meaning it still has original tags, has not been soiled in any way, damaged in any way, full of animal hair, any unusual smells (cigarette, feces, oils), etc.
Please have your original receipt.
Our pet food is also guaranteed to meet your pets satisfaction. If you buy a bag, can, frozen or other type of food or treats from us and your pet does not like it for any reason, please return the unused portion to our store for an exchange or a full refund. Product must be returned in the original packaging.
