I just wanted to let you know
that I had my Cocker Spaniel, Dozer, groomed in your new grooming salon
and Michelle did a great job! I felt like she was really, truly interested
and concerned that Dozer got the best experience possible. He looks great
and seemed to have been very comfortable there with her, she did exactly
the what I had asked of her. We will definitely be back and I look forward
to her grooming my new little pup, Libby.
Also, I wanted to thank you
and your wonderful staff, I truly appreciate your store being so close and
convenient but honestly I would travel across town to shop with you all! I
always am treated so nice and respectful by everyone and have always been
given such wonderful advice when needed regarding food, supplements, etc...
for dogs. This is an invaluable service you have provided me as a fairly
new dog owner. I really appreciate your being there for me and my little
four legged kids:-)
